I am excited to announce the next Yoga In Nature™ Yoga & Wellness Retreat where you can enjoy a mid-winter break at a private luxury villa in the tropics… fully immersed in nature.  A perfect combination of rest and adventure is designed for you with inclusion of daily yoga and meditation. Just what you’ve been waiting for… a deeper connection to nature, to your yoga, to yourself.   Step forward to take your journey on and off your mat in this ALL INCLUSIVE… 6 days/ 5 nights retreat.  Sunrise Villa, Orchard Bay, Cabrera, Dominican Republic. Take a look around where you will be staying…

What is included:

  • 6 Days/ 5 Nights at luxury villas in gated community. Bedroom casita with en suite bathroom. Balcony or outdoor porch seating area.
  • 3 gourmet meals/ day. Full breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks/appetizers, juices, smoothies, coffee and tea. (Attention to any food allergies and special diets). 
  • All-inclusive bar, including beer, liquor, wine and champagne; OR your choice of mocktails
  • Transportation to and from Puerta Plata (POP) airport, (if within the travel window on 1/29/2026). Transportation to excursions.
  • Daily mid-morning and/or afternoon yoga, in nature, guided meditation and breathwork. 
  • Beach lunch at the famous Playa Grande 
  • Beach bonfire night/ releasing ceremony on the private Sunrise Villa beach property
  • Activities and exploration of nature to promote peace and calm. 
  • Creative exploration including journaling, coloring, drawing.
  • Some possible excursions and other adventures TBD… horseback riding overlooking the Caribbean; hike to waterfall; trip to local shops/cultural exploration, or other.
  • All taxes and services charges

Single Private Suite: Treat yourself for an OMazing solo experience $3,695, all inclusive

Double Shared Suite: bring a friend/partner $3,195 each, all inclusive (total of 8 casitas with number of attendees limited to 10 for deeper connection)

$750 non-refundable fee to hold your spot, due at signup. Half payment due by June 1, 2025 with remainder due/ final payment/ total due by November 1, 2025.

Not included:

  • Flight to and from Dominican Republic. We recommend flying into POP (Puerto Plata), but other options are SDQ, AZS, STI. We can help coordinate flights that line up with the airport shuttle. 
  • Massages. Take place on-site in room or on cliff overlooking ocean and can be booked anytime during your stay☺
  • Any personal extra purchases/souvenirs. 
  • Optional one night out for dinner at top restaurant in town.
  • Any extra additional excursions.

An E-RYT 200 and certified SUP Yoga Instructor, practicing yoga over 30 years and formally teaching for 9 years, I launched Yoga In Nature™ on Earth Day, April 2019, for my lifelong connection to and love of nature. Nature is my studio, all year long. Also, with an MA in therapy, BS in Business/ Marketing, I have run yoga retreats in Costa Rica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, in the US and in NC.

Meet Ryann Doyle😊 She is my friend and yoga retreat organizer based in Cabrera, Dominican Republic. It is great to have her on the ground there, as she knows the local community and was an absolute wonder in helping me run my first retreat in Cabrera! She seems to know everyone in town. Ryann will be your “go-to” to help book flights, transportation, answer any questions to help support me which helps me support you!!! Love & Light.
