Do you find yourself considering a yoga and wellness retreat to a tropical paradise where you can relax but also enjoy some adventure? I am returning to this exact location for another retreat in 2024. I attended a yoga retreat here in March 2022, and this magnificent place really spoke to me, so I ran my own yoga retreat here in January 2023!!! I am excited to share it with you, as Cabrera is surrounded by so many wonderful beaches and natural beauty.

I will be keeping this yoga retreat to a max of 12-14 people, including myself and Ryann (my friend and coordinator in Cabrera, helping me organize this retreat).

What is included:

  • 6 Days/ 5 Nights at luxury villas in gated community. Bedroom casita with en suite bathroom. Balcony or outdoor porch seating area, to watch the ocean and greet the rising sun.
  • 3 gourmet meals/ day. Full breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks/appetizers. Attention to any food allergies and special diets.
  • All beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic).
  • Evenings out to top-rated local restaurants.
  • Transportation to and from Puerta Plata (POP) airport. Transportation to excursions (if you fly into other airports and we can help you book your transportation to Sunrise Villa).
  • Daily mid-morning yoga, in nature. Vinyasa flow to yin. Guided meditation and breathwork.
  • Beach lunch at Playa Grande.
  • Beach bonfire night.
  • Activities & exploring nature to promote peace and calm.
  • 2-3 afternoon excursions. May include horseback riding overlooking the Caribbean; hike in nature; trip to local shops/cultural exploration. I will lead one excursion as a certified SUP (Sandup Paddleboard) Yoga Instructor in a calm ocean cove.

Single Private Suite: treat yourself for an OMazing solo experience. $3,195 all inclusive; sign up prior to August 15, 2023 and save $200).

Double Shared Suite: bring a friend/partner $2,295 each all inclusive.

$500/person down to hold your spot with half payment due one month from sign up. You may choose to pay half or in full at sign up. Second half/ balance due November 30.
